The great Ray Flowers joins Mans for this episode as the guys discuss the early season returns in fantasy football including the performances that are for real and those that scream of variance. Jeff admits to having an emotional reaction to the loss of a colleague and friend this past week and discusses how these events makes him realize that life it too short to be unhappy. Ray points out the negativity on social media is really testing a lot of our mental health these days and offers a few ways of dealing with it besides becoming angry.
