This podcast episode highlights the work of the National Academy of Medicine Clinician Well-Being Collaborative as they enter the third and final phase of work, which in the end will total 6 years of striving to raise the visibility of health workforce burnout, improve baseline understanding of challenges to health workforce well-being and resilience, and advance evidence-based, interprofessional solutions to improve patient care by caring for the care team. The work of this collaborative supports our nation’s health care workers and aligns with ASHP’s mission to improve patient outcomes through optimal medication use.
