Helen has served her community by working with children with autism, has a background in vision therapy, and served with the Phoenix- Prison Yoga Project where she worked with incarcerated adults and teens.

 

Helen continuously works on helping others and has a goal of providing people with affordable and life shifting workshops / events for men and women to free themselves and live a more conscious life of courage and truth.
