In this episode, I share a little science about the unconscious mind. We try so hard to set goals and commitments to then just break them and start over. It's not your fault. You are not broken. Your brain just needs a bit of a tune-up. We make decisions based on our conscious thinking and don't even tap into the deeper part where all of our behaviors and actions come from. Try these tips to take time to visualize and feel what you really want. It takes practice and it's worth it!
