As soon as we see "limited edition,” our brains shift into FOMO and we think, "I've got to get one now. They won't be around for long." That’s a Sneaky, Self-Sabotaging Thought (SSST). Don’t fall victim to the hype and allow the season to drive your emotions to eat. It's all clever marketing.
