The holiday season is upon us!
This is when we fall victim to seasonal marketing. We stock up on the pumpkin treats, snack on Halloween candy until it's gone, eat Thanksgiving leftovers for a week, and add in an extra cocktail or two a week-- just because.
Before we know it, we’ve picked up a few unintentional pounds. This causes us to choose outfits just to cover the bloat and hide the extra weight. To top it off, we start telling ourselves, “Girl, in January, you will get back on track.”
