Give Yourself Permission to Heal and To Grieve-They Are Not Mutually Exclusive, You Get to Choose How You See Life

Friend!!! I am so glad you are here. This episode is one that has been stirring in my heart for a while.  I have talked with so many women (maybe even you!) and realized that we desire to heal BUT we cannot fathom setting down what we have been through. Not that we can't forgive, but we want to hold on to what we know. We don't want to forget. We feel like we are in between grief and life AND FRIEND you DO NOT HAVE TO CHOOSE! This is not an either-or situation, but it is a choice we have to make. You get to decide even though life is messy and hard, you get to decide if you are going to love your life or not. Let me share a bit of my journey and what I have learned, and I hope it inspires you to jump in and release the hold you have on your life and allow God to show you how healing can lead to freedom.
