After initially being a #1, top-performing business development rep, she hit a wall when she became a direct selling Account Executive. After months of not knowing what to do she hired a coach, and as a result, was able to achieve 150% of her quota and was the only one on her team to do so.
She knew then that coaching was her calling. She has coached dozens of companies since 2014, including notable names such as Calm, Level Jump, Vena Solutions and of course Salesforce.
Now, she helps her clients defeat imposter syndrome by building their confidence, and owning their value so that they can master their job and their life.
