Jane has been an avid dieter for years. Weight watchers, keto, macros, myfitnesspal… you name it she has done it! Jane is also a superwoman: mom, successful career woman, and leader. I met Jane after she came to the realization that she wanted to lose weight, but didn’t have the energy and/or time to put into it like she used to. She would try and then other priorities would take precedence. She tried and “failed” more times that she wanted to admit. Jane came to me because she didn’t have the energy to fight with food and her body anymore, and at the same time she wanted to take care of her body because health and being present for her family was super important to her.
