Welcome to Real Estate (Un)Success Stories. Join your host Cody Lewis as he discusses the virtue of due diligence with Johnny Nelson. Much of the steps we take in real estate have the same target, which is ultimately, of course, profitability. However, how do we make sure that we are vigilant enough?
Johnny is the Co-Founder and Asset manager of ArctosCapital, with investments as an LP and GP in ND, OK, and MN. He oversees strategy, deal sourcing, and relationship management with owners. Leveraging his strong technical and construction background, he also oversees forward looking entrepreneurial investments in developments using modular and additive construction techniques. Prior to the Real Estate Investment business activities, Mr. Nelson has worked as a Mechanical Engineer in the medical, additive, and power industries and as a General Contractor. He received his undergraduate and graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Dakota.
