Phil Delgado - Investor & Insurance Broker

As an insurance broker, Phil has been working with investors for over 6 years.  His first client, whom he still works with today, has either flipped or held and rented over 40 homes.  

The Phil Delgado Agency has over 5,000 policies in force, the majority are primary homeowners, followed by auto and tenant occupied dwellings (homes). 

Phil is from San Antonio, TX  and he attended UT-Austin from 1993 to 1998.
