Today we are joined by Gabriel Stelian Shanks and Nilan, talking about their work with The Drama League. Gabriel Stelian Shanks and Nilan are the Artistic Director and Associate Artistic Director of The Drama League. The renowned non-profit home for stage and film directors is in New York City but their partnership goes even further – as award-winning producers, writers directors, and performers, they also founded the acclaimed production company ‘A Certain Something’, where they have collaborated on over a dozen film, television and theatre projects in the last decade. They are currently at work on their next television series in development, ‘The Recipe’, and they co-host The Drama League’s own podcast, ‘Talking Direction’.
