2007 was a solid year for the Wicked Clowns. With Mike E. Clark returning to Psychopathic Records, spirits had to be high. The Tempest certainly had people talking, but there was still a little more to explore in that saga. So at the 2007 Gathering Of The Juggalos, ICP gave fans 1 last look at what was created during those Tempest sessions. With a small helping of outtakes, Juggalos were seemingly divided at the new EP, similarly how they felt about The Tempest and the 1st part of this stormy trilogy, The Calm. Do the clowns deliver more carnival goodness in a small package? Does this contain a total sleeper hit that harkens to some earlier Joker Card-era tracks? And does Shaggy 2 Dope have a track that probably shouldn't have been made, but is just too damn catchy to ignore? The answers will be answered here. Be careful, the 2nd wave is coming. This is...
