We take the time to look into a figure we've come across in several of our book reviews, and most recently name-dropped by Willie F. Buckley in God and Man at Yale, Ludwig Von Mises (Mooses? Meese? Who really cares?) The forebear of modern know-nothing libertarianism and the primary figure of a field of economics that actually isn't economics so much as poorly written r/freedom posts, is (rather unsurprisingly) a lover of the phrase "classical liberalism" friend of Ayn Rand, and uh... *checks notes* economic advisor for a fascist dictator.
Thanks as always for listening and we hope you enjoy!
