We can’t always live our life in a safe bubble at home. We are designed to live in community. We have jobs and families. We travel. Sometimes we’d like a break from teh kitchen and have someone else cook for us. We spend the holidays out of town and with others helping cook.
We are bound to accidentally ingest gluten and/or other foods we are sensitive to. Luckily we do not have to suffer through it. In this episode, Marian shares with you her personal 5 step protocol she does to alleviate the symptoms of accidentally ingesting her major food sensitivities, gluten and/or dairy.
