The Edinburgh charity Cyrenians work in a variety of ways with those who experience homelessness or who have mental health problems
They help people to get back to independence with the right kind of support - that can be on their farm, in the Social Bite village or by learning at their Cook School
Today we spoke to Ewan Aitken the Chief Executive of Cyrenians - he is pretty busy at the best of times, but right now the charity is working harder than ever as you will hear
