Soldier Today: 2021 U.S. Army NCO Strategy Updates

What’s new in the 2021 U.S. Army NCO Strategy? Last November following the Sergeant Major of the Army’s annual initiatives brief at the 2020 AUSA annual meeting, Soldier Today reached out to TRADOC to find out more about the Army’s ongoing efforts to modernize leader development for its Non-Commissioned Officer Corps. Today CSM Daniel Hendrex will provide an update on the Army’s NCO Strategy and a few other things TRADOC has been working on since the last time we met.
