- We built this conversation upon a metaphor... that inside the acorn is the image of the oak tree. We argue that it is in your very nature to grow into your dreams and visions if you provide the atmosphere for it to happen. Your job is to figure out what you require both internally and externally to flourish. You must form your life in a way that nurtures and enriches this thing within you.
