The B&E Podcast #141 “Don't Fight It When You Don't Know What To Do" Soundcloud Link: soundcloud.com/thebandepodcast SUMMARY OF THE PODCAST: It was a little tougher today than usual at the B&E Podcast.  After struggling with finding a topic we decided that sometimes you just shouldn't fight it and go with what you got.  It became the essence of this podcast -- both in the direction as well as spirit.  Let's see what happens when you stop fighting! POINT #1: "COULD BE THIS COULD BE THAT" - Sometimes we're simply unmotivated, uninspired, have no energy etc.  There may be any number of situations as to why but it doesn't really matter when you're trying to create movement.  Trying to figure it out isn't necessarily the best use of what energy you have. POINT #2: “START SOMEWHERE" - You may not have the best idea, or even a good one, but sometimes just an idea that will do is enough to get you going.  Who knows, you may discover that it snowballs into something really great. POINT #3: “FIND SOME JOY" - Ask yourself some questions about what it is that you do.  What is a highlight from your creative career or experience?  Reconnecting to why you are doing this in the first place can be exactly what you need to let go of the struggle.
