If you only sell memberships to a one-size-fits all, catch-all group fitness program, the only thing your clients can do with that membership is CANCEL IT.
You need to think differently, & present products that people actually want. NOBODY thinks about joining a gym so they can "become an exerciser forever".
People want results.
They don't want to join your cult.
They don't care about your programming.
When someone is seeking a gym, they want results and timeframe in which they can achieve them, and they don't care about much else.
The other stuff is great for retention, but makes for a shitty sales proposition.
Quit selling something that nobody wants.
This doesn't mean abandoning the group fitness model. It means it's time for you to do better and offer more, and let your business AND your clients reap the benefits of becoming a your business becoming more capable and more tuned into your client's wants and needs.
This mindset is extremely important for Gym Hackers.
End the endless relationship. Sell people results in a way that allows you the financial and scheduling flexibility to deliver those results.
