In similar fashion to Paul's letter to Timothy, he now writes a letter to Titus on what Godly eldership should look like, both in how it should be structured within a Church, but also, what it looks like to be qualified unto eldership. This segment is a follow-up, second part, to our podcast over 1 Timothy chapter 3 so I encourage you to go and listen to that one in conjunction with this segment, for it is an important enough topic for Paul to have written twice about the exact same thing.
