Fidel Castro Part II: His Policies

This is the second of two episodes regarding Cuban dictator Fidel Castro.  In this episode we look at his policies after he ascended to power.  We recognize his successes within the fields of education and health; while pointing out his failures within the economy, human rights, and dealing with the power imbalance created through the concept of Latino Machismo.   The year of ten million, the year of education, and the year of firing squad are all addressed.  The material in this podcast serves as an introduction to the International Baccalaureates' Paper two topic 10  - Authoritarian States (20th century).
