In this Episode of Life As An Observer I explore what it means to be in full acceptance of your thoughts, Sensations in the body, and acceptance of things that don't feel good. We look into what is preventing a personal intimacy with self. We will navigate ways we can move to acceptance though pausing, breathing, focusing on the sensations, exploring vulnerability, gracefully observing suffering and accepting it as part of journey.
By accepting ourselves for who we are, we acknowledge all our experiences, and begin to love ourselves opening and wholly. We can then begin to heal and move into a greater sense of inner peace.
