Different Views on the Lord‘s Supper

Is Christ really present in the Lord's Supper or is the Lord's Supper a mere memorial of Christ's death? In the Sacrament of Communion we remember what Christ has done and also we look forward to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb when Christ returns, but is there a present reality where we commune with Christ during the Lord's Supper? If Christ is really present in the Lord's Supper, is His presence physical or spiritual? Has Christ's flesh ascended into Heaven or is it still on earth?
