The Gospel of Rest - Mark 2:23-28

It’s no question that we live in a time where being busy is seen as a virtue and rest is often seen as being lazy. Yet, God commands us to rest, in the form of the Sabbath, and Jesus even says that the Sabbath is made for us and not the other way around. Listen to this week’s sermon where Pastor Jay delves into the meaning of the Sabbath from Mark 2:23-28, and how Jesus is the Lord of the Sabbath, inviting us to rest and rejuvenate in him.
