Harnessing Happiness with Sarah J Naylor is an upbeat, energetic, and inspiring podcast filled with joy and laughter, wisdom, philosophies, and positive psychology.
Sarah is naturally engaging, her energy infectious, and whether she is sharing her musings and ramblings about life in general, or having insightful discussions with her guests, as you tune in and listen, your energy levels will rise, a smile will spread across your face as your inner happiness is harnessed.
During this episode you’ll meet the quite brilliant Hayley Forbes, Mindset and Business Coach, and mum to four children, 2 of whom are autistic.
Hayley talks openly about her passion for duality and sharing the tough stuff in addition to celebrating milestones and abundance within her coaching practice.
She naturally developed an amazing network / following via Instagram having created a ‘mum blog’ when she became bedbound due to health issues early into her 4th pregnancy during 2017. Through this platform she was able to find the support she needed during this challenging time and has subsequently continued to support others herself.
As the conversation evolves you will discover that Hayley has a risk taking / warrior like approach to life. In her own words, she is a ‘massive rule breaker’!
She shares her story of upping sticks with her husband and four children and heading off travelling in a caravan, having given up everything, including their house. She demonstrates her ongoing gratitude and positivity for all of life’s challenges, even, spending a week or so without heating and any power due to the winter weather conditions in Aberdeenshire, Scotland.
Hayley discusses how she and her husband follow a system referred to as ‘Radical Unschooling’ which includes parenting through boundaries and mutual respect. She admits that it was initially a very hard process to adopt but now, 3.5 years in this way of schooling and raising their children, she extols the benefits. Particularly regarding her eldest son whose behaviour has completely changed as a result. Aged 9 he spends time coding computer games; edits YouTube videos and engages in highly intelligent conversation!
You need to tune in to hear more about this way of living which to Hayley makes so much sense!!
