 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Christ is the purpose of Christianity. 

The birth of Jesus was prophesied as a sign of deliverance. 

Jesus was born to save his generation.

Christmas is a celebration of the love of God

Christmas is a celebration of the goodwill of God towards us. We are the reason for the coming of Christ. 

Christmas is a season of joy. 1 Thessalonians 5:16. Philippians 4:4

Christmas is a season and opportunity to give.
