Today's episode was inspired by some questions and comments I saw from some widows. As I read their comments and listened to their hearts question if they will ever get through "it" and if they are doing "it" right...I realized that there are so many things we ask the same questions about. So even if you aren't a widow- listen to this episode and you can replace it with whatever your questions are. Take the permission slip and take walk the journey you need to walk. Friends and family (and of course the bossy lady down the street) well they all have opinions of how things should be done- or what they think things should look like. The reality is- they have not walked your walk. They do not know your struggles and your future. It is ok to not accept every piece of advice that someone offers! In fact- give yourself permission to say "I've got this"!!!! Take each day and take the steps to live! Once we are on this journey-- the destination is heaven...so don't try to bypass the present moment to get through to the next step.
