Jake Carlile is a house flipper and real estate investor out of College Station Texas. Tony and Dakota know him through their Arete Mastermind (by Andy Friscella and Ed Mylett). When Jake set up his company he claimed the name "Arete Property Management".
Jake has done 12 flips so far and he is just now reaching the end of his first year of investing. We talk about how he got started, philosophy and psychology of investing and self improvement. We ask Jake about what it's like having a business partner and what his vision and goals are for the future. At the end we give Jake a few tips and ask him what he wants his legacy to be.
