Episode 67 - Its ok to be where ever you’re at!
In this episode we talk to Pip Martin. Pip has been involved in sport for most of her life, from tennis as a child through to triathlon as an adult and lots of other sports in between! She recently overcame her negative self talk about swimming, which is a great lesson in sticking with something until you improve and ultimately start to enjoy it :)
A life-time of movement has given Pip so many positive things, including - mental clarity, joy, and thankfulness - she won’t be stopping any time soon!
