After a stuttering start in 2016, DAOs are back again at the top of the crypto hype curve these days.
Numerous different DAO projects contribute to the $15bn TVL reached at the end of 2021. The lion share stems from DeFi protocol DAOs, but there are also operating system DAOs, collector DAOs, investment DAO and many more.
