At the start of the year, I am often drawn to podcast episode titles that are very dramatic and catchy such as, "the four things you need to have your best year yet" or "the three shifts you must make if you want to find success" which is why I decided on a softer name for this week's episode of Connect Back In Podcast, "Five Things to Consider" ... you know, if you want to. It's all about taking what resonates and leaving the rest behind, because as I always say, only you know what is best for you :)
Listen in to the episode as I describe the five concepts that are helping me to stay on track, to maintain the priorities that are in alignment with my highest good, and to support myself in feeling my best.
