Today let's continue the discussion of taking care of our mental health and what that looks like practically in our lives. As we are mindful of what comes in, we can also notice what thoughts we hold as truth. The good news is that there are so many helpful verses on this topic and we can always rely on God's word to point us in the right direction! At the end I share some of my favorite ways to care for my mental health and how I involve God in the process.
