On this Martin Luther King Day, Edgar and Ken discuss “Culture”, through the lens of the True Alignment Framework. Creating a shared definition for culture is key to the success of any organization. In organizations and company settings of all sizes there are key characteristics that make every culture unique and can act as strategic levers. And, we discover how important the alignment of the customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX) to any organization. As always, we invite you to join the conversation to take this topic further, while reflecting on your personal setting or workplace. Take a close look to see if your culture is aligned, or misaligned and learn why culture doesn’t eat strategy for lunch. Rather, culture is a strategy.
