BREAKING NEWS on Microsoft's (MSFT) acquistion of Activision (ATVI). S&P Futures are in the red this morning as the yield on the 10-year Treasury rose above 1.83% early today. Technology stocks that are sensitive to changes in interest rates continue to push lower. China's President Xi Jinping urged the world's major economies not to rapidly raise interest rates at the virtual Davos summit.
