In this week’s podcast, I am joined by Kiki Shiple, a seven-year physician’s assistant and “hormone guru.” She comes to talk to us today about balance and how it is key for overall well-being in our lives.
She discusses her story, and what has led her to what she does today, helping people reach their physical, mental, and overall health goals. Niki also heavily stresses the importance of having time for yourself, whether that be 5 minutes or an hour, and how it can impact our health.
