Quick Tip Tuesday - Your PUSH GOAL for 2022 that will create the Domino Effect in you Crushing all your other GOALS!
Do you set goals each year and question where to even begin? What goal to start with?
In today's episode I will explain all about how to find your PUSH goal. The importance to setting goals, making a list of 10 and finding that PUSH goal that will help you achieve most or all the other goals on that list.
For example say your 10 goals for 2022 were the following:
1.) Lose Weight
2.) Learn more about how to sustain weight loss and stop dieting for life
3.) Have more joy and happiness
4.) Become more Confident
5.) Learn to track macros/calories & learn about diet phasing
6.) Learn to love the person I see in the mirror
7.) Be a better and more energetic mama
8.) Improve my marriage
9.) Start a home business
10.) Learn to Run
The PUSH goal in this list with be #5..... Learn to track macros/calories & learn about diet phasing.
When you put your energy and focus and time on learning and implementing what you learn here, you will not only achieve most other goals on your list but you will gain confidence and strength to show up to crush the others on the list! It's a Win, Win!!
