It sounds like a good strategy to only spend time with people who are smarter than you. But what does "smarter" mean? Is there a benefit to constantly be on the lookout for only "smart" people? Should you cull the "bottom" 30% of our acquaintances for smarter friends?

Do you agree or disagree with our conclusions?
