Improving Customer Experience with Product Sorts – Cris Young

In this week’s The Faces of Business Episode, our guest speaker was Cris Young. Cris is the Owner of Product Genius Technology.   Product Genius simplifies the selection and presentation of high SKU/attribute count items for ecommerce sellers.   Product Genius shows similar items on one page and reduces ordering to a one click process.

Cris Young is the owner of Product Genius Technology. Before this, she founded an ran the Fastener New Desk for almost 12 years. First as an Editor at Large and then as EVP. Currently, she is also the Board Member of the US Women’s Chamber of Commerce.

She has been the President of The American Small Business Chamber of Commerce. In between these roles, Cris was also the Co-Chair of Women in Manufacturing. Moreover, she was also the EVP at Hudson Fasteners.

 

Among her initial roles, she was the Assistant Manager at Mass Hardware and Sales associate at Allied Bolt and Screw as her first job.

Cris also has a Streetwise MBA from Youngstown State University and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial studies.
