S&P Futures are flat to lower this morning. Stock futures along with Treasury yields are edged lower ahead of today's manufacturing data releases and earnings from big-name companies including Exxon Mobil and Alphabet. AT&T announced plans to spin-off Warner media after closing on the Discovery transaction. Euro markets opened up higher and have continued to gain.
