In 2021, I found myself in a constant state of just go-go-go. That I always had to be moving, working, doing. I was in full masculine energy mode and had adopted a mindset that rest was unproductive. As a result, I was barely taking any time to slow down at all, leading me to complete exhaustion, extreme fatigue, lack of clarity and overwhelm. This year, I am focusing on changing all that! And I want you to make these changes too.
In today’s episode, I’m sharing with you tips on how you can start slowing down, start prioritizing you before anything else and what changes you can make in your habits and behaviours so you can avoid burnout or get yourself out of this state (if you're already there).
