This is a question I get asked quite a bit.....
There are many factors to consider when STOPPING Calorie Deficit.
1.) Deficit is not the place we stay to maintain our results.
2.) You don't have to be in Deficit for the full 12-16 weeks if you have achieved your progress desired in less time. Reverse back up to Maintenance anytime you are happy with progress, but do not stay in Deficit longer then the 16 weeks!
3.) If nothing is changing, make a pivot. Small tweaks and changes along the way can add up to great results!
4.) BIO-FEEDBACK! It is what matters most on this journey! Pay attention to it and closely!!
