The readings for this week are Isaiah 55:1-5, ( or Genesis 32:22-31) Psalm 145:8-9, 14-21, Romans 9:1-5, and Matthew 14:13-21. This week we look at how Jesus shows us how we were hardwired to live. This is something that is very hard for us, but show the benefits of it and the science backs it up! Thanks again for taking the time out to listen to this and I hope this is a tool that you find useful.
Remember to answer this week's question:
What is your ratio?
How often are you connecting with the sympathetic nervous system?
How often are you connecting with the parasympathetic nervous system? #faithandscipodcast
I look forward to all of your feedback,
Tyler Bublitz
