In our series, The gifts of the Spirit, we are looking into the 9 gifts of the Spirit in 1 Corinthians 12. The 1st thing we see is that Apostle Paul saying Now concerning spiritual gifts brethren, I do not want you to be ignorant. I would have to say that most of the brethren today are ignorant of these gifts. Most dont know their true purpose, while others have assumed only certain people can operate in them, some have confused the manifestation of these gifts with things the Bible says we can do by faith, while others are not sure they are for today. Lets clear the air about these gifts and start by looking into the gift of the word of knowledge.
