Claudette shares how she models decolonization in her therapy sessions and with her students at Berkeley. We also talk about healing imposter syndrome and talking back to our inner “inner mean girl.” Claudette is a mental health therapist and professor at UC-Berkeley’s MSW program. Claudette specializes in helping women struggling with substance abuse or are healing from trauma from marginalized or underserved groups, particularly BIPOC and the LGBTQ+ community.
