I haven't yet talked about postpartum depression, anxiety, or mood disorders because I truly have just never dealt with it... until recently. I have shared about my experience with what I believe was prenatal depression in my 1st pregnancy, but that was something I didn't realize until much later looking back.
This recent experience with anxiety — in the moment I was able to recognize what was going on. So in this episode I'm going to share what went down, how I noticed it happening, and what I did to combat that.
