Common Things that We Say or Do that Keep Us Stuck or From Healing- Don’t Let These be Excuses Anymore

We all do it...ok...I won't speak for you. I know I do it. I give myself legitimate reasons to not grow, to not heal. I give myself legitimate excuses to stay right where I am. I give myself outs.  Well, no more my friends! God does NOT want us to stay where we are. Living "overwhelmed" or "stuck" should not be the norm!  Let's take the brave step to identify what is keeping us right where we are and keeping us from where we want to be-- OURSELVES!  In today's episode, I talk about common excuses, comments, and things that keep us right where we are. Do you use these or is it just me?
