S03 Ep. 10 – Crying Out With a Prophetic Voice

Reflecting on the Gospel text where Christ talks about speaking from the abundance of one's heart (Lk 6:39-45), Fr. Eric speaks about going beyond external behavior to examine the interior reality of one's heart.

Topics include malicious gossip, Christian anthropology, our belovedness in the eyes of God in the midst of our sinfulness, the reality of our sin being rooted in our unmet needs and unresolved wounds, and the necessity of looking beyond the externals of human behavior to see people cyring out with a prophetic voice.
