101. Keto Diet or Mindful Eating? Baby Weight Client Success Story with Catherine
Client success story!--After baby #2, Catherine resorted to the keto diet to try to find herself again. She was feeling uncomfortable, stuck, was eating low carb throughout the day, and then way overdoing in sweets at night (her words, not mine!).
On her journey through the program, she’s reclaimed a mindful approach to eating, no longer feels stuck, still eats sweets on the daily, and fits into her pre-pregnancy pants again!!!
