Continuing the discovery of Women's football and the Minnesota, Vixen: Here's Charlie Barba-Cook!
Charlie is an offensive line player for the Vixen and a Disabilities Service Case Manager when not on the football field.
Throughout Charlie's whole interview, there's the theme of guarding, managing, and a care that goes beyond her own best interests at times (which Amy can relate). As much as Charlie is ready and able to take an offensive position, she does so in the defense of all that she deems sacred.
Thank you for your story Charlie! So much more awaits our listeners in Part 2, but to start... Charlie with her passion for her job and football, takes the lead.
If you would like to sponsor a player or the team, please visit the Vixen website and give these ladies some love and encouragement.
